After consuming protein powders for over 40 years, I found Transparent Labs' whey protein to be the best whey protein supplement I have ever used. Why? First, the natural, grass fed nature of how their protein is processed keeps out unwanted chemicals and fillers. Second, the taste is very good and doesn't taste like you've ingested industrial chemicals with an aftertaste that gets worse with each sip.
I’m 43 years old and this is hands down the best protein powder I’ve ever had. It’s helped me build muscle, gain strength, and recover faster. I especially love the chocolate milk flavor smooth, tasty, and no weird aftertaste. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to step up their fitness game. 💪🏼
And cheaper too technically. The chocolate have an excellent taste.
I’ve been using the Milk Chocolate flavor for a while now—it’s solid. Clean ingredients, no junk, and 28g of protein per serving. It mixes well, tastes good (not overly sweet), and gets the job done. Definitely a staple in my routine.
The French Vanilla is truly delicious. I make a shake with 8 ounces of homemade almond milk, ice, one scoop of French Vanilla Protein, one scoop of unflavored whey protein, one tablespoon of organic peanut butter, a teaspoon of cinnamon and two scoops of organic rolled oats. The French Vanilla Protein mimics the taste of an ice cream shake!

Grass-Fed Whey Protein Isolate | The quality of your protein matters, and whey protein isolate is one of the purest forms of protein available. It provides a high protein content with minimal fats and carbohydrates, making it an exceptional choice for building muscle and accelerating recovery between workouts. In contrast to whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate undergoes further filtration to remove virtually all of the lactose, making it more suitable for those who have difficulty digesting lactose. Whey protein isolate is known for its rapid absorption and ideal ratio of all nine essential amino acids (EAAs)—which includes the branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs)—necessary for stimulating muscle protein synthesis [1, 2]. In other words, whey protein isolate is about as good as it gets for kickstarting the muscle-building process after working out. By providing essential nutrients needed for muscle repair, whey protein isolate can reduce recovery time, allowing for more consistent and intense training sessions. So, why does the "grass-fed" distinction matter for whey protein powder? The vast majority of whey protein powders are made from the milk of grain-fed cows, whereas grass-fed whey protein is derived from the milk of cows that graze on natural, pesticide-free grass pastures instead of feeding on grains.
