I been taking one in the morning and one 30-40min before dinner. It does Suppresses appetite, but Not a fan of the nausea side effect for me. I will stop using this. It’s been 2 weeks not sure if it would go away eventually but it hasn’t.
But as a “metabolism support,” I will admit this supplement is superior. TMI, but the way this empties my stomach, Lord. And I appreciate the lack of jitters, heart palpitations, etc. I highly recommend it-two thumbs up!

I started a week ago and I feel better and I can feel the difference in just a week.I'm going to keep it up and head for my goal.
I personally love Lean Pre Workout, Post Workout and this product RECOMP as a stack. As a bikini athlete, I like to know exactly how much of each ingredient I'm getting and with TL that's what you get. This is a great appetite suppressant and has a small enough amount of caffeine that it won't give you jitters. Theanine helps with feeling of calm too (this helps me with not getting 'hangry'). Just a solid brand all around.
