This casein product, like others I have tried, certainly lives up to its potential to maintain fullness for an extended period of time; however, the reason I only gave it three stars is due to its very gritty texture (regardless of being mixed with either milk or water at various temperatures). It tastes great like the other TL proteins, but the texture is less than desireable.
This is one of the best Casein proteins on the market. The one improvement would come from additional flavors. At least add vanilla.
Product info could use clear statement on volume included in containers, although you can easily do the math if the ingredient label is included and correct.
It’s limited to only one flavor. The taste of chocolate is good but the chalky texture keeps you from really enjoying it.
